My love of creating beautiful decorated cakes turned in to a love of teaching the processes I have used over the years. I am now the proud owner of The Cake School in Ringwood, Victoria Australia, where my talented staff and I offer cake decorating and sugar art classes.
We are also hosting a number of interstate and international teachers in the future.
