Truthfully, I really miss the days of working in a darkroom and actually working with the light and chemicals to get the images I wanted. Taking the picture is fun but the darkroom work was always my favorite. It has taken me some time to adjust to the digital world. All in all, I really miss the SMELL of the darkroom the most & losing track of time making prints. I love nature and being outdoors. Still life photography is my niche. I sometimes like to take portraiture but it is rare and I must have a connection with my subject.
