I am a 26 year old artist originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. I have lived in Prospect Heights since moving to Brooklyn five years ago after I graduated with a degree in architecture from the University of Cincinnati. Since the move, I have worked primarily as a lighting designer but have also managed to find time to create a little of my own art on the side. My installation art piece "10,000" was exhibited at two Brooklyn galleries in 2011, the FiveMyles Gallery from July 1-10 and the LIU Humanities Gallery from Sept. 5-30. It is currently on display all September 2012 for the Governors Island Art Fair. "10,000" is an installation of 10,000 plastic toy soldiers which seeks to explore the abstraction that numbers frequently remain in our perception of reality.
