If you're interested in using any of my work, or to hire me for a project or event, feel free to contact me about it.
Born and raised in Liverpool. Within the city, I am considered legally disabled, on account of being a scouser without an accent. It doesn't get me in the disabled parking bays, tho.
I went off travelling with some rock and blues bands, playing some and doing lighting for others, in my teens, and then went to Oxford University to read Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (the pictures really helped). Followed that with a stint in Westminster, then Universities as a researcher. Then I jacked it all in, relocated back to the 'pool, and dedicated myself to playing jazz guitar and taking photos. In that order. I favour Nikon purely because it is a well documented fact that Nikkor lenses have superior tone to their Canon counterparts when used for playing slide guitar.
Camera companies phased out the use of red buttons on their contraptions upon hearing me say, "What does this button do?" before pressing it repeatedly.
Upon realising that I am not an artist (on account of the fact that I have indeed looked back, more than once...), I cried. I was 7 at the time.
Besides all that, I am occasionally prone to joking. And I like weird lights. According to GPS, the axis of evil is located approximately 4.5827 inches above my head. And I am a moderately fanatical worshipper of Douglas Adams.
I still don't have a scouse accent.
