I'm not new to the camera, but certainly re-awakened, and I was never very good at it before. My first camera was a Pentax ME Super back in 1982. Next camera was a Pentax Optio 230 that I got in 2002 for backpacking because it is small, light, and uses replaceable rather than rechargable lithium batteries. Pretty amazing for a 2.0 Megapixel camera. Sadly, I drowned the Optio on the West Lions trip in April 2006, and replaced it with a Canon Powershot A610.

The A610 was was retired in May 2011 and replaced with a Canon Powershot SX20IS.

The SX20 was retired in Feb 2020 and replaced with a Canon Powershot SX60 HS.
