Been keen on photography for years, although this interest lapsed somewhat for about a decade until the arrival of more affordable (and increasingly higher resolution) digital cameras, along with more accessible imaging programmes, reactivated that interest and caused me to switch from analogue and join the digital revolution.

Now use Canon equipment for predominantly wildlife and railway scenes (I live just over a mile from a preserved steam railway line, hence the number of such shots in my photostream), also landscapes together with whatever else takes my fancy.
