I am a husband and father of two lovely college age girls. Up until Feb of 2011 I had never owned a camera better then a Lumix point and shoot. Learning how to use a camera manually is a challenge that has been fun and frustrating. By looking at all the different styles and views that the photographers on Flickr bring to the table I am learning constantly.

I enjoy outdoor and Macro photography best but that is only because I have not really tried portraits or interior shots much.

I appreciate any comments given on my photo's, good or bad, I want the feedback so I can move forward. I have found a new hobby that will always challenge me and I am excited
