BACKGROUND

The Gallery opened on Saturday 1 October 2011 and features original work by local artists.

Run co-operatively by artists and craftspeople who live within a few miles of Wigton, the gallery has a wonderful selection of paintings, drawings, sculpture, woodcraft, jewellery, pottery, gifts and cards for sale.

It is located in Wigton town centre (near the Memorial Fountain).

The market town of Wigton is well-served by public transport (buses and trains) and there is a large public car park nearby.
