The only things I don't appreciate are pornographers (artistic nudes are fine) and those who think they are too good for invites/ comments/ favorites. Most people on flickr are kind, generous, and community-oriented, and someone who goes out of their way to insult a person who posts on their photos probably doesn't belong in this supportive community. This does not apply to 99.99% of the wonderful people on flickr! :)
