Happily married for 58 years, have three wonderful children (counts my daughter-in-law) and two beautiful granddaughters.

Been doing photography on and off since I was 8 years old including some b&w processing in high school. I had a darkroom for more than 10 years which I built in my Medfield home. The last time I used it was on the night of January 31, 1981 when I spent 5 hours doing black and white printing. Why do I remember that date so well? Because the next day I started my 33 year career at Raytheon as a software engineer. For the next five years leading to the sale of our home, I never had the time to use it again.

My current interest rekindled in 2000 when we bought a vacation home on the Maine coast. I quickly moved from film putting down my beloved Nikon F5 for a series of digital cameras. I know use a Nikon Z8, the best full frame sensor camera Nikon ever made up to this point in time. I own many professional Nikon lenses and dabble in most forms of photography including landscape, panoramic, studio portrait, close-ups, birds and astrophotography. I also spend alot of time digitally processing and printing my own photos.

I just started sorting my images to post them online and I chose Flickr Pro to do it.
