Photography is one of the passions that defines me...capturing a single isolated moment forever. I have not studied photography but I can recognize and appreciate beautiful images taken with a variety of styles, techniques and equipment. I am not a slave to strict photographic methodology or concepts. I believe in capturing a simple image and infusing it with my unique perspective - I rarely have an end in mind when I begin working on a photo. The very reason I create is for that moment when one of my captures becomes animate - at once familiar and nascent.
