I am a retired Urban Planner. I started shooting in 5th grade, with the photos to prove it. I have never had any formal training .....I set up my first dark room in high school with the help of friends. Always too busy, I guess.

I have two children and a wise mother, whose photos appear occasionally here, as do shots of my interesting ancestors and homes.

I live in Iowa most of the year, but spend the winter in Naples, Florida and environs.
