The name foshydog is a combination of 2 different nicknames. In elementary school, my teacher read a book where the characters name was Mrs. Foshy. All the kids in my class thought it would be funny to call me foshy and pick on me for a few days. I didn't find it amusing. Fast forward to college where one of the kids from my elementary school is living in my dorm. He starts calling me foshy again and it sticks. I love the nickname now. The dog was added because somebody else already had foshy as their ID name. I have a friend that calls me A-dog or just dog. I added it to foshy and got foshydog.
