I love the music and the artifacts of African cultures. I'm especially fond of the music of Mali, Senegal, and Cote d'Ivoire, and the sculpture of the Dogon, Bamana, Senufo, and Baule peoples. I never tire of exploring the variations and themes of the masks, statues, objects....and music.

In order to learn more and just be around African sculpture, masks and objects of design, I've volunteered to take photographs of items for my friend Ousmane, owner of Kanda African Arts.
