Being a student of the culinary arts in the Cordon Blue program in Pasadena, California I have a great interest in people, cultures but mostly food and spirits!

My journey is to start from the beginning in culinary school and make my way to other countries where I can learn more about their food and culture.

My dream is to extern for my school in New Zealand and my current preparations include researching restaurants, hotels and resorts in the area to find a place that I'll be interested in learning from. I can't think of a more gorgeous country with excellent food, wine and beer to travel to in the Pacific area.
