There are photographers who take photographs & there are photographers who make photographs. I am the first type I think. When you take as many shots of as many subjects as I try to then the law of averages says that every now & then I will get a good image. And just very, very occasionally a much better one.

I will never be a very good photographer because I don't study it enough. I will improve little by little as I do more but it matters not because I just enjoy the search for a subject & the story behind each of those brief instants in time that make the image.
