Photography has always interested me since I was a young age!

 

A delightful new cat has come into my life, her name is Willow and she is not yet one year old. Willow was adopted from a local No Kill Shelter and had been dumped in front of the shelter inside a plastic tote...along with 17 other cats in various plastic totes. So, I have no knowledge of her previous history. Willow is a colourful Torbie.

 

Lovely Mystery passed away December 7, 2012, I miss her very much. She was 16 years old.

 

One Fabulous cat ~ Mystery ~ owned me over the most recent decade and she was a Loving Companion and Friend. Over the Spring of 2011 and part of this Summer she was very ill and her health had improved for the most part. She was 15 year-old at that time ~ a Tortishell ~ mainly black, orange and a bit of white. She may well now have a fatal illness but so far FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) is still only a possibility. The test to prove that she has it is close to two hundred dollars.

 

Thankfully Mystery had done somewhat better but still tossed her cookies a bit too often!

 

Many friends of mine have lovely cats and so many of these sweet ones appear in my photostream. Mystery allowed me to only have one cat at home - her!

 

Have had the companionship of many cats during my life and miss their purr-resence wishing that all could live a much longer life.

 

Nature calms and possesses me, windswept pine branches, rolling thunderstorms, crackling lightning, rippling water, wildlife, clouds, babbling creeks, wooden fences and much more.

 

There is wonderment in camping and waking to dew-covered flowers, spider webs and grasses dappled in the sunshine.

 

I have many interests: animals, cats, photography, writing, art, mental health issues along with social issues, medicine, wood, crafts, creativity, cooking and a variety of interests such as Tai Chi.
