Foremans specialises in buying, selling and hiring quality recycled and refurbished modular buildings for a wide range of applications – from classrooms, nurseries and lecture theatres to offices, ward and airport buildings.

We offer the largest selection of pre-owned Portakabin buildings in the UK from our 63,000sqm production centre in East Yorkshire and our southern regional centre in Hemel Hempstead.

Up to 25,000sqm of modular accommodation is available from stock for sale or hire at any one time.

We can supply single self-contained 10sqm cabins up to 3,500sqm multi-storey buildings, and will work to find the best accommodation solution for each project.

With the Foremans approach, only the steel structure of the building is recycled – all fixtures and fittings, from doors and windows to wall linings and cladding, are new.

However, the recycling of modular buildings is a more cost-effective alternative to both new manufacture and traditional site-based construction and is up to 70 per cent faster. It is also very sustainable, giving organisations an environmentally sound alternative to the disposal of surplus modular accommodation in landfill sites.
