It takes a little over 8 minutes for light to travel from the Sun to our Earth. Awe inspiring sunrises, introspective sunsets, and everything in between... light allows us to perceive the world in our own way. Late afternoon shadows in a park, stretching out like long fingers over the grass. A sun kissed flower leaning towards the light, framed with a beautiful bokeh. Take a photo, capture some of that light with a lens, and allow an amazing tool to exhibit your vision on a computer screen or a 4x5 piece paper.

I am fascinated by photographs and how photographers perceive the world around them. Photographs show us a hidden microcosm largely unnoticed due to our busy lifestyles. Unveiled with a flash, a single image can make us stop and observe something special. My goal is to display how I perceive my surroundings and hopefully evoke something inside you.
