Bill Hooper is arguably the best railroad photographer posting on Flickr. His portfolio fo Canadian rail images is simply astounding. What sets Bill's work apart is that all of his photos would be beautiful without a train; the train is the icing on the cake. If Nicholas Morant were alive today, he and Bill would hang out together, I'm sure. I'm also sure Nicholas is happy to see Bill carrying on his legacy.
