this site is a resource of my images of resident and visiting raptors found here in Florida. My intent/hope is to shed some light on plumage variation on some of these birds. Unless stated otherwise all images are digiscoped - that is taken with a small point & shoot camera, mounted behind a powerful spotting scope - with Leica cameras and APO Televid spotting scope. This allows me the ability to achieve great focal lengths and get good images of these birds while remaining at a respectful distance.
