I am a retired enthusiastic macro photographer. I have only had my camera since September 2008 and I´m still learning.

My hobby is orchids. I have around 50 orchids and love to see them blooming over and over again.

I love all kind of flowers. My dream has always been to learn macro photography and take really good pictures.

I have lived in Arjeplog, Lappland, in northern most part of Sweden for six years and this was a very pleasant experience.

This summer, in 2010, I moved to Jämtland in the middle of Sweden. Here I have somewhat different flowers to investigate and my new neighbourhood is very beautiful.

I am a grandmother. I have three children and eight grandkids, who are everything for me. I love flowers of all sorts, but preferably wild flowers. I try to learn from other persons photos, about light, shadows and details. This is very important to me as I am just an enthusiastic amateur photographer. But I learn all the time by looking around on the internet, mostly on Flickr.
