Bit about me...

In my tiny little house in an even tinier little country, I bolt my door and stay home dreaming of fabulous things to create! Caressing cotton fabrics makes me instantly happy...

Here you'll find pictures of all my creations and parts of my life. But its probably more informative to go to my blog @ www.florspace.blogspot.com coz there's descriptions, long stories & stuff. And up coming news too!

10 things about me! (Though I wanna write a hundred. :P)

1) I like chocolates a lot. handmade fresh are always preferred, but Lindt and most good quality chocolates are welcomed. Plain milk, nuts, fruits only. No white please!

2) I'm intrigued by vintage. I collect a lot, shoes, purses, dresses, jewellery & kitchenalia. Anything that tells a story is good; books, keys, letters, cards, birdcages etc etc. But I'm allergic to ancient dust & weird smells. If you're sending me anything vintage, please be sure to clean them first! :+)

3) I'm a particular person, with sensitive skin & acute sense of quality (read: spoilt!), I prefer things that don't fall apart at a touch (i.e. mass produced clothing). Therefore encourage my dear swappers not to send me cosmetics unless they are of a certain quality (pure beeswax lip balm, handmade soaps & soild perfumes from etsyers are MOST welcome!). Otherwise, I can't bear to throw them out & won't know what to do with them. sorry!

4) I'm a fabric junkie. Japan imports cottons, canvas, linens most preferred at this time.

5) I love tea. Twinnings Earl Grey is my fav., followed by most classic bitter-type teas. No fruit teas please!

6) I love journals. Especially Moleskine. If you're quite the artist, please draw on a Moleskine cahier notebook and let me have it! On that note, I love zines too. I've been secretly buying up fabulous zines on etsy. ;+)

7) I have waaaaaay too many purses & shoes as it is. But, even though I make them, I still welcome your creations. We can't have too many, isn't it?

8) I listen to classical & jazz so if you have the odd cd you don't know what to do with & wanna throw out, send me. ;+) Recently I'm into melodic rock as well.

9) I'm a big fan of letterpress, notecards, postcards, everything that tells of something like the good old days where quality and integrity reigned supreme.

Please Don't Send - Disney/pooh, letter sets, random pieces of note papers, skulls, reptiles, insects, erasers, key chains, weird toys, Kool-Aids & the like, ATCs, ACEOs, neon, vanilla, mango, purple, sock monkeys.

p/s: I hate to say this but I have to. I really do have the memory of a goldfish so please, don't get offended if I forgot you/your name or forgot anything for that matter. Just bug me or yell at me and you'll get a response! *sheepish*
