Gary was one of my first contacts. Now, although we have never met in person, I consider him a very good friend. Everytime I look at his work, which I do over and over, I find more photos I mark as favorites, especially the floral group. I really look forward to his comments not only for myself but to other flickr members. He is so entertaining and really cheers me up. If you have not read his comment on his kyak trip , do so and see what I mean. Talent like his is what Flickr is all about, and I'm proud to have him comment on my work.

Gary has an eye for all things in nature. From his beautiful floral photos to his butterflies and bugs, I'm constantly impressed by his updates. Gary also comments quite frequently on photos from people in his contact list, but they're not the regular comments that a person may receive. He give constructive comments, often with personal tidbits that give insight into his likes and dislikes in the photographic world. I wish there were more people on Flickr like Gary!
