Before I go I'd like to say the Flipster is truly an angel of mercy in the world of infinite indifference, "she makes all the difference:)"
Flippy is hard as nails, baby. I don't know how else she handles her patients so well. She's also sweet and kind and one of the few flickr'rs I have always been able to talk to. Well, one of the few who actually listens, anyways, most of them have learned to just tune me out when I get going... I heart flip.
Flippy and I once started an all-girl band, but we never found a drummer*. In the meantime, we dish about wine and compose Greek verse. There is absolutely no lovelier company to be had! (*we're still looking, by the way)

The Flipster is a sweet angel of mercy. Only sweeter. And more angelic. And! More merciful. Oh, and she doesn't actually have wings, but her smile can make you fly! Like Red Bull! So, in summary: Flippy is loveable.
She taught three finches to sing harmony, then went out in search of a tone-deaf cat.
Smart and funny, two often overused adjectives, have no better place than Ms Rice's mantle. There's something indelibly genuine about her that makes her impossible not to like and admire.
