Guardian ad Litem Foundation Second Circuit, Inc. is a charitable, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit volunteer organization founded to support children represented by the Second Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem Program. Through fundraising, public outreach, and volunteer support, the foundation works closely with the program to help provide for the needs of abused and neglected children in Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, and Wakulla counties.
