I'm a happy lady that loves life and have many interests. I'm retired and widowed and moved to Maui, Hawaii from Florida in June of 2006. I was born and brought up in Western Massachusetts, educated there and married there.
My 3 children are on their own and I'm proud of each one. My one daughter lives here in Maui where she has her business.
Addendum................Again the travel bug got to me and I moved back to Vero Beach, Florida. And the camera is always with me. But I did leave my heart in Maui!
I was owner and director of my own music studio, and also had another career in "mental health". I was a dedicated activist for many years and served the public as an advocate for the handicapped, the poor, the homeless and the elderly.
Life was a great challenge and experience for me and I have reaped many rewards. I wouldn't change a thing! Photography helps me to express my feelings of life and the beauty around us that many of us miss. I think I will always carry my camera with me it has gotten to be part of me..............................Claire M.
