Flax Rolls are ground flax and rye wraps baked with a variety of delicious and nutritious fillings. They are all individually hand rolled and made with natural, fresh, local ingredients. They are very high in protein, fibre and iron. Flax Rolls have no refined sugars, artificial additives or preservatives & are wheat free (contains gluten).
