I have always loved finding and watching animals of any kinds, but have had a particular fondness for reptiles. April (my wife) and I have studied black bears and the flat-tailed horned lizard (FTHL). Mostly I have uploaded FTHL photos, since we did not have a digital camera for the bear work. Thanks for those who have commented on photos or added me as a contact--it inspired me to finally upload a bunch more photos (April 2008).

Nov 2016 update: We moved to Texas! Living in a small border town, teaching at a small college, and enjoying the clean air, clean water, and interesting plants and animals. I have not been on Flickr in a long time, but might get active on here.
