Declaration of Individual Sovereignty and Human Rights Not to be a resident or a citizen of the United States of America nor any one or more of its several States:

I, Lewis Lang, am one of the Sovereign People and I do not consent to any past, present or future contracts between myself, the United States of America nor its several states. I do not consent to being a 14th amendment citizen or a resident of the United States or any of its several states. I do not consent to being an agent for and/or performing any function of or for government whether paid or unpaid in the past present or future and this includes me dropping off a letter today, 5/13/2012 to whom I believed Ken Laird of 63 Kingswood D, Century Village, West Palm Beach, FL which was done as a non-paid favor, not a contract for a family member and not for any government, and neither was I performing any paid or other consideration as an agent of government by dropping off said letter to Ken Laird as a favor. I retain all of my God-given inherent rights and cede none of those rights to any local, county, state, city or Federal government for any reason or purpose and under any conditions in the past, present or future.

UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

Adopted by UN General Assembly Resolution 217A (III) of 10 December 1948

WHEREAS recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,

WHEREAS disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,

WHEREAS it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,

WHEREAS it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,

Now, therefore, Proclaims

THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

1 All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

11 1 Everyone charged with a penal offense has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense.

2 No one shall be held guilty of any penal offense on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offense, under national or international law, at the time it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offense was committed.

12 No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

13 1 Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.

2 Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

14 1 Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.

2 This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

15 1 Everyone has the right to a nationality.

2 No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

16 1 Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.

2 Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.

3 The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

17 1 Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.

2 No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

18 Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

3 Everyone who works has the right to just and favorable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.

24 Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

26 1 Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

2 Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

3 Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

27 1 Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.

2 Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.

28 Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.

29 1 Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.

2 In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.

3 These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Plain Language Version

1 When children are born, they are free and each should be treated in the same way. They have reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a friendly manner.

2 Everyone can claim the following rights, despite

- a different sex

- a different skin colour

- speaking a different language

- thinking different things

- believing in another religion

- owning more or less

- being born in another social group

- coming from another country

It also makes no difference whether the country you live in is independent or not.

3 You have the right to live, and to live in freedom and safety.

4 Nobody has the right to treat you as his or her slave and you should not make anyone your slave.

5 Nobody has the right to torture you.

6 You should be legally protected in the same way everywhere, and like everyone else.

7 The law is the same for everyone; it should be applied in the same way to all.

8 You should be able to ask for legal help when the rights your country grants you are not respected.

9 Nobody has the right to put you in prison, to keep you there, or to send you away from your country unjustly, or without good reason.

10 If you go on trial this should be done in public. The people who try you should not let themselves be influenced by others.

11 You should be considered innocent until it can be proved that you are guilty. If you are accused of a crime, you should always have the right to defend yourself. Nobody has the right to condemn you and punish you for something you have not done.

12 You have the right to ask to be protected if someone tries to harm your good name, enter your house, open your letters, or bother you or your family without a good reason.

13 You have the right to come and go as you wish within your country. You have the right to leave your country to go to another one; and you should be able to return to your country if you want.

14 If someone hurts you, you have the right to go to another country and ask it to protect you. You lose this right if you have killed someone and if you, yourself, do not respect what is written here.

15 You have the right to belong to a country and nobody can prevent you, without a good reason, from belonging to a country if you wish.

16 As soon as a person is legally entitled, he or she has the right to marry and have a family. In doing this, neither the colour of your skin, the country you come from nor your religion should be impediments. Men and women have the same rights when they are married and also when they are separated.

Nobody should force a person to marry.

The government of your country should protect you and the members of your family.

17 You have the right to own things and nobody has the right to take these from you without a good reason.

18 You have the right to profess your religion freely, to change it, and to practise it either on your own or with other people.

19 You have the right to think what you want, to say what you like, and nobody should forbid you from doing so. You should be able to share your ideas also—with people from any other country.

20 You have the right to organize peaceful meetings or to take part in meetings in a peaceful way. It is wrong to force someone to belong to a group.

21 You have the right to take part in your country's political affairs either by belonging to the government yourself or by choosing politicians who have the same ideas as you. Governments should be voted for regularly and voting should be secret. You should get a vote and all votes should be equal. You also have the same right to join the public service as anyone else.

22 The society in which you live should help you to develop and to make the most of all the advantages (culture, work, social welfare) which are offered to you and to all the men and women in your country.

23 You have the right to work, to be free to choose your work, to get a salary which allows you to support your family. If a man and a woman do the same work, they should get the same pay. All people who work have the right to join together to defend their interests.

24 Each work day should not be too long, since everyone has the right to rest and should be able to take regular paid holidays.

25 You have the right to have whatever you need so that you and your family: do not fall ill or go hungry; have clothes and a house; and are helped if you are out of work, if you are ill, if you are old, if your wife or husband is dead, or if you do not earn a living for any other reason you cannot help. Mothers and their children are entitled to special care. All children have the same rights to be protected, whether or not their mother was married when they were born.

26 You have the right to go to school and everyone should go to school. Primary schooling should be free. You should be able to learn a profession or continue your studies as far as wish. At school, you should be able to develop all your talents and you should be taught to get on with others, whatever their race, religion or the country they come from. Your parents have the right to choose how and what you will be taught at school.

27 You have the right to share in your community's arts and sciences, and any good they do. Your works as an artist, writer, or a scientist should be protected, and you should be able to benefit from them.

28 So that your rights will be respected, there must be an 'order' which can protect them. This ‘order’ should be local and worldwide.

29 You have duties towards the community within which your personality can only fully develop. The law should guarantee human rights. It should allow everyone to respect others and to be respected.

30 In all parts of the world, no society, no human being, should take it upon her or himself to act in such a way as to destroy the rights which you have just been reading about.

This plain language version is only given as a guide. For an exact rendering of each principle, refer students to the original. This version is based in part on the translation of a text, prepared in 1978, for the World Association for the School as an Instrument of Peace, by a Research Groyp of the University of Geneva, under the responsibility of Prof. L. Massarenti. In preparing the translation, the Group used a basic vocabulary of 2,500 words in use in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Teachers may adopt this methodology by translating the text of the Universal Declaration in the language in use in their region.

1/7/2014:

10:30 A.M. through 10:45 P.M. a woman (Named "Carol"?) at the U.C.O. office says is this/this is YOUR NAME when referring to the application form but I say "yes that's 'THE NAME' because the LEGAL FICTION PERSON/CORPORATION/NAME on the application its not my Name as a living Sovereign man/human being. There appeared to be a man outside the U.C.O. door with a cell phone ("Norman" taking photos?).

Tonight, 1/7/2014, is the coldest night of both this year and recent previous years.

7:30 P.M. In CV theater/auditorium before the (two) Elvis(es)/Elvi music show. Am usher with short silver/gray hair (man? woman?) from a distance shines a strobe at me (multiple pops in quick succession) at me/my eyes.

8:00 ish P.M. near start of CV Elvis show, a fat woman (in 20's?) sitting on end moves from her seat at the end of the row. Woman in seat 25, I believe, asks if I want to switch seats with her so I can be with my mom. A super bright spotlight to my right and beyond the farthest seats in the far distance & it's reflection off of drum (cymbals?) stand(s) to my left at the back of the stage plus the reflection/glare off of the instruments (shiny guitar(s) makes it hard for me to watch the show due to eye irritation and so I spent most of the show looking down and listening to the music.

be the government created LEGAL FICTION/PERSON/CORPORATION/CORPORATE

TRUST NAME(S) MR. LEWIS LANG and/or MR. LEWIS EDWARD LANG and/or LEWIS

I, Lewis Edward of the Family Lang, in my capacity as living Sovereign

man, also reserve all of my God-given unalienable rights, and all

other rights ie. "under reservation of rights."

be a legal PERSON and/or person under the law and/or person under

articles 6 ("Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a

person before the law.") of the UDHR (Universal Declaration of Human

Rights and article 16 ("Everyone shall have the right to recognition

everywhere as a person before the law." which includes the right to

not to be recognized as a person before the law everywhere ) of the

ICCPR (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights) and

Amendment 1 ("the right of the people to peaceably assemble" which

also includes the right of the people to peaceably disassemble) of THE

Everyone shall have the right to freedom of association with others" -

which also includes the right of peaceful disassociation with and/or

be subject to any criminal prosecution and/or civil liability under

2/28/2014:

I, Lewis Edward of the Family Lang on this date of 2/28/2014, Sui

Juris, in this Court of Record, do Declare that during the course of

eating with my mother at the LongHorn Steakhouse Restaurant located at

6841Okeechobee Blvd. my mother, Phyllis (of the Family Lang), had a

telephone conversation at 2:02 P.M. with Phyllis Goffe then handed the

phone over to me, Lewis Edward of the family Lang to speak with Martin

Goffe (Phyllis Goffe's husband). The total phone call lasted about ten

minutes. During the first part of the conversation with Martin Goffe

the crowd sounds made it difficult for me to comprehend exactly what

Martin Goffe was saying and I Do Not Consent to anything I and/or

Martin Goffe may have said during any part of our telephone

conversation because I couldn't understand him in parts regardless of

what he or I said or might have said during this conversation and

regardless of any instrument and/or device which might indicate

otherwise. Nor was it my intention to engage in any conversation or

otherwise that might be used against me in any way in or outside any

Court of Law/etc. During our conversation on the telephone the crowd

noises became ridiculously loud, then after I came back from the

foyer where I completed the conversation with Martin Goffe back inside

the Longhorn Steakhouse Restaurant's eating area where the

diners/tables where it became unduly quiet rather (too) quickly. I

believe this either was or might have been a C.A.S. (cop-a-soup ie.

law enforcement/law entrapment trick/scenario and/or some kind of

"gaslighting"). How this was accomplished I can only guess... crowd

noises in the speaker system, neuro-biologically/electronically (my

ref. to bedroom supplementary incident (intra-comments) &/or

comments/crowd noise at a West Palm Beach Festival a few years back

and other C.A.S. incidents whether using "Normans"/"Norminas"

(under-cover cops and/or any other confidential informants whether

they be in law enforcement (law entrapment) or not), in the phone

itself and/or by some and/or any other means, whatever way I Do Not

consent to any statements, answers, conversation, etc. during this

(Martin Goffe's and mine conversation today) whether recorded and used

as evidence (ie. confession, admission, statement and/or otherwise)

for today's conversation and/or in place of and/or connection with any

other conversation I might have had in the past or future. I reserve

all of my rights under God and the U.C.C. 1-308 and 1-207 which means

that I can't be compelled to perform under any contract and/or

agreement or bankruptcy which I did not enter into both voluntarily,

knowingly, amd intentionally and that I can't be held liable for any

contract and/or agreement or bankruptcy in which I didn't enter into

both voluntarily, knowingly and intentionally.

The conversation between me, Lewis Edward of the Family Lang, and

Martin Goffe (of 2608 Clipper Circle, Baywinds, West Palm Beach,

Florida), regardless of any actual noise level in LongHorn Steakhouse

Restaurant, regardless of how such/our conversation was or might have

been recorded and/or referred to (by phone, wire tap and/or any other

recording device or so-called witness and their statement(s)),

regardless of media/medium used to record the conversation, however it

is, was and/or might be used in the past, present and future, directly

and/or indirectly as evidence, inside and/or outside any Court of Law

under any jurisdiction, against me or any similarly spelled and/or

similarly sounding LEGAL FICTION NAME (ie. LEWIS EDWARD LANG and LEWIS

LANG who is/are Not Me) and/or otherwise is hereby Decreed Null and

Void by order of the Sovereign Lewis Edward of the Family Lang.

So ORDERED on this Date of February 28, 2014 by Lewis Edward of the

Family acting in the highest capacity under God Almighty, that of

Sovereign living man.

FLAGISM

I began my career as a filmmaker, making commercials and documentaries for both broadcast and cable TV. A friend suggested I use 35mm photography to teach myself about both lighting and composition. I ended up loving photography and leaving filmmaking. Since then I have been a freelance photojournalist, a fashion photographer and a fine art photographer. 'Eyeronically' I have come (almost) full circle as my present work incorporates motion into the surrealistic conceptual narrative (and, now, more abstract) people and still life photography I do. Though I care less about technique and am more about my ideas/interpretation of the subject. Expressing my ideas, emotions and world view/convictions are more important than the motion effects.

I call my fine art photography work/style 'FLAGISM' not because of having anything to do with patriotism (though U.S. flags pop up as graphic elements often in my work), but because of the wavy way both my hand moves the camera (in some shots) and the wavy way some of my subjects appear rendered in the resulting photographs - like a flag snapping in the wind.

I use a variety of effects to get motion into my work - most notably, but not limited to shaking the camera, multiple exposures, etc. I use mostly Pentax gear (both film and digital, but mostly digital nowadays) and an excellent post processing program similar to Photoshop called GIMP. I prefer to talk about aesthetics (concepts and emotions), not the various techniques behind my work. My photographs are not about motion, if you pardon the pun/analogy, motion is just a 'vehicle' - a means to an end to accomplish whatever shot concept/emotions I am trying to express.
