I like to show my images so feel free to browse and comment. Due to several instances of image theft, my pictures are now displayed in a lower resolution and thereby are not always viewed at their best here on Flickr, Instagram or Facebook.

I have been capturing images (snapping) since my teens but have only taken it as a serious pastime for the last twelve years or so. My camera history started by borrowing the school's Praktica L in 1969. My own first camera a second hand Olympus Pen F (half frame) in the early 70's was followed by a Fuji ST605N to capture images of my first born in the late 70's. After a large gap I went "digital" with a Sony compact camera then a second hand Samsung bridge camera both of which renewed my interest. After investing in a Nikon D300s, I went full frame with a D810 and "mirrorless" in 2021 with a Nikon Z7ii.
