I have to admit to feeling a bit odd being that I wasn't born with a camera in hand. I'd barely even touched a camera between the ages of ~7 to 22. And even though a digital photography course at AIP raised some curiosity, I didn't start really taking pictures until fall/winter 2008.

Then, on a whim, I bought a point-and-shoot and I've barely put it down since. After tinkering around a bit, I committed to take and post a new picture every day for all of 2009. I use the following equipment for my pictures:
