1: I always wonder, when people add me as a contact without faving a few of my pictures. I mean, why follow me, if you don't like my work? ;) So please do not click on the Follow button unless you actually intend to follow my photostream. If you follow me actively, I am generous with my own Favs and hope you will be the same.
2: I genuinely appreciate Favs and comments, but please no awards pictures, group banners or similar stuff designed to advertise groups, thanks :)
3: I only have time for following a very limited number of groups - mainly I love my cat, so I am not likely to honor invitations to other groups. Thank you for your understanding.
Feel free to use my photos, but please observe the Creative Commons License. Also I do appreciate feedback about where they are used.
For me photography mainly serves my three main issues: 1: Adopting adult cats, 2: Safe cat enclosures and 3: Somali cats.
I have been living with cats for most of my life, but it's only during the later years that my 'cat-craze' has really erupted. I was born 1953 and live in the outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark with my wife Lene and our three cats, the Somali cousins Rags & Caithlin and also our shelter adoptee Bastian. Besides that I am retired from the Danish postal service.
I have updated my map with fairly exact locations. As you can see from the pictures, we live a modest life and there is really nothing worth stealing from our home. :)

I also founded a page called "Katteindhegning" (Cat Enclosure) with a collection of inspiring links to many different cat enclosures. Offering your cat safe outdoor facilities may be easier than you think and will save you from many worries...

You have so many great cat pics, I could hardly contain myself with the fave button! I envy you having so many cats as well. For most of 17 yrs I lived with 4 cats and a dog. Then lost all of them one by one. Took over a year before I could bring another into my life, a rescue of course, and then that eventually escala… Read more
You have so many great cat pics, I could hardly contain myself with the fave button! I envy you having so many cats as well. For most of 17 yrs I lived with 4 cats and a dog. Then lost all of them one by one. Took over a year before I could bring another into my life, a rescue of course, and then that eventually escalated to five, over the net 6 years & a dog. Then in one month, I lost all but one cat, my Chrissy, and the dog too, and my family. I was lucky to manage to rescue her from the disaster. Eventually I lived in a household that had five more cats, including my Chrissy. But fate intervened once more, and now am just sharing my life with one again, my Chrissy, nine & 1/2 years in my life now. I doubt, tho I would like to, will ever have more than her in my life again. But have shared my life with over 2 dozen cats and 5 dogs, so I have been blessed. Take good care of your wonderful cats, and they will take care of you in their own way too !
