Fine Construction is based in Seattle Washington. At Fine we offer Design/Build Firm, our design team takes the ideas of the clients and transforms them to reality. The main purpose in Design/Build is not take business away from Architects, but to work with our Architect and the budget the clients have.

It is important that the clients get educated on the processes and the cost of construction. Through the design process we will be able to help the clients determine what the project will costs so a budget can be compared to what the clients want to spend, thus proving a realistic budget for the project.
