Wow! I'm proud to call Felicia my inspiration and my best friend. Words don't explain how fascinating her pictures are and how loyal of a friend she is! I met her not even a year ago and we have learned so much from each other. Meeting her and learning about her passion for photography encouraged me to get off the couch and recover from personal issues. She is letting me borrow her old SLR and lens. I look up to her and I couldn't ask for a better teacher! Knowing her for a few months, I've come to know that she is a beautiful person, both inside and out. Sometimes she doesn't feel as some would say "peachy", but still packs up her camera and supplies to take pictures for those who admire her picture taking as much as I do! xo-nicole

I've not written many testimonials, but after getting to know Felicia through her photography I feel I must do this. But I want to speak to Felicia rather than about her. So Felicia, in a word, you are amazing. I often spend my free time poking around through random groups and collections of Flickr just to see what is out there. Once in a while, I happen upon someone like you who changes my view of the world. Your photos of children are some of the best I've seen. You have a gift for capturing the emotion and vitality within their eyes, and perhaps their souls. You have inspired me to take a chance and get involved with The Littlest Heros Project. As I retired teacher, I've had the opportunity to photograph many children. I consider that rehearsal now. I would like to use my skills to help children and families cope with their struggles if I can. For someone who is so young (to me anyway, since I'm an old guy), to exhibit so much talent and experience in your photo collection, you have skill far beyond what I would expect. I am constantly thrilled to see your new work Felicia. Whatever or whoever the subject, you manage to create impressive images. Fee, you are amazing. At half my age you have done more than twice as much as I might ever hope to do to make the world a better place. I look at your profile and where you started and what you have accomplished and I am at a loss for words. When I look at your photography, I see excellent technical skills, but I also see so many genuine smiles. I have to believe that you are the sort of person who makes people smile. When you can do that in the presence of severe or terminal illness, that is a special gift indeed. You are a gifted young woman and I am thrilled to visit your posts often.
