FEE is an international non-government, non-profit organisation promoting environmental education for sustainable development worldwide.

FEE is an umbrella organisation with one national member organisation per country in charge of implementing FEE programmes nationally. Currently, FEE has member organisations in 68 countries worldwide.

Since 1981, FEE has actively promoted and delivered environmental education through five international programmes: Blue Flag, Green key, Eco-Schools, Young Reporters for the Environment (YRE) and Learning about Forests (LEAF).
