Always had a love of photography since I was a kid, but finally took up this craft more seriously in the fall of 2005.

My wife and I spend our time in Toronto and on Gabriola which is the gulf island closest to Nanaimo BC which is the city in the middle of Vancouver Island.

I shoot with several digital cameras and also a variety of film formats including 4x5 Large Format but have posted few film images on this site. One of my current passions is "alternative process" photography, in other words prints made after handcoating emulsions on watercolor paper and contact printing the negative under UV light.

One of my sets is titled "My Award Winners". These images received awards in one of the Toronto Camera Club competitions.
