I am an amateur photography/birder from northwestern SC. While I have loved wildlife as long as I have lived, I started birding in retirement in May 2007.

Since I add a bird to my life list only if I have an identifiable photo, I include some poor photos (in my opinion identifiable) to insure it gets on the life list. Therefore, mixed in with some decent bird photos, you will find some not so good here also.
