Age: 56

Studied visual arts at New Jersey's Ramapo College with a concentration on black and white photography. Main interest was infrared film. Main equipment began with a Pentax ME super with Kodak 35mm HIE and then later on a Mamiya RB67 ProSD with Konica IR750 film.

After graduation in 1994 Bob worked in a photo processing lab in Morris County NJ and did some weekend work as a wedding photographer's assistant.

In the early 2000's this all changed. Both employers closed shop while both films types were discontinued. In the mid 2000's Bob did use a Toyo 4X5 inch camera with Rollie 4X5 inch infrared film but not much came out of this. (Update) Several negatives were photographed digitality and were edited and uploaded.

Bob did use several infrared converted digital cameras in the 2010's.

He currently uses a Nikon D5500 converted to "all spectrum". Infrared pics can be taken with an IR filter over the lens. "Normal" pics can also be taken with the use of an infrared blocking filter. A good deal of pics were taken between 2005-2019. In a bit of a slow period as of now. "Older age" and travel restrictions due to current Covid 19 pandemic.

Bob also has a second interest that he likes to videotape: Trains.
