I am Dr. Farooq Rehman, and I am a neurologist in Edison, New Jersey.

 

I was born and raised in Peshawar, Pakistan and attended medical school at Khyber Medical College, Peshawar University, Pakistan. I graduated in 1978, and after the graduation, I also completed one year of internship.

 

I completed my training in internal medicine and was Board Certified in Internal Medicine. I have also practiced Internal Medicine for four years and then moved to the United States in 1985.

 

I am a Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians (LRCP), a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS), and a Member if the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), and also served humbly as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Ayub Medical College in Abbottabad in 1984.

 

I completed my three years of residency training in the field of neurology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

I completed my residency in 1988 and moved to New Jersey and where I started neurology practice.

 

I practiced as named Neurology Consultants of Central Jersey, and in 1989, I became a Board Certified Neurologist, courtesy of The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Later I also became Board Certified in Sleep Medicine in 2009.

 

I have a love for the scenic beauty of the countryside and the farms in Colt Neck and throughout the United States Of America. I admire the nature and its beauty. I admire the natural phenomenon inside and outside the human body.
