ASM Farhan widely known as Farhan Alvee, is a Bangladeshi Photographer, Digital Marketer, Content creator and Visual Storyteller born on 29th November 1996 in Kishoreganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He completed his Secondary and Higher Secondary education in his hometown and graduated with a major in Marketing from Daffodil International University. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Marketing Communication at Stockholm University, Sweden.

 

Farhan’s passion for visual storytelling began in his school days, using a 9mm film camera in class 4 to capture family moments. Over the years, his love for photography evolved—from experimenting with his first camera phone in 2006 to stepping into the world of professional photography with his first DSLR in 2010. By 2015, he had established himself as a professional photographer, specializing in Street Photography, and has since participated in several national exhibitions and earned numerous awards.

 

In 2020, Farhan expanded his creative journey into filmmaking. His short film Uncertainty, reflecting on the COVID-19 pandemic, earned the Champion Award at DIU Summer Fest 2020, one of the largest online events in Bangladesh.

 

Beyond photography and filmmaking, Farhan is also a Digital Marketer and Content Creator, producing travel vlogs, informative videos, and creative visual content that connects with audiences worldwide. He is the founder and host of the Dream Abroad Podcast, where he shares real stories and guidance to help Bangladeshi students achieve their dream of studying abroad.

 

Professionally, Farhan has worked in both the banking and marketing sectors, gaining valuable experience in strategy and communication. Now based in Stockholm, he continues to balance his academic journey with creative projects, digital content, and personal branding initiatives—bridging his passions for storytelling, marketing, and community building.

 

In 2020, Farhan expanded his creative expression into filmmaking. His second short film, Uncertainty, reflecting the COVID-19 pandemic, earned the Champion Award at the DIU Summer Fest 2020, one of the largest online events in Bangladesh.

 

Beyond his creative pursuits, Farhan worked in a marketing agency and a bank for two years, honing his strategic and operational skills. In 2024, he moved to Stockholm, Sweden, where he is currently pursuing a master's degree in Marketing Communication at Stockholm University.
