I was taught the traditional art of quilting by my beloved 85 year old pennsylvania dutch grandmother as a child. I try to re-interpret the art into the style of a tattooed 20 something. I attempt to be budget friendly in my crafting. All of the sewing is done on a 30 year old kenmore and I've never paid more than $6/yard for fabric. I also attempt to be environmentally friendly in my crafting- I upcycle old materials, scrap quilt, make my own stuffing to prevent ANY fabric waste, and use creative gift wrappings whenever possible.
