Although born & raised in London curiosity got the better of Samantha Williams & she soon found herself, at the impressionable age of 20, washed up on the shores of the Netherlands, where she was to embark on a creative life as a free lancing Illustrative & Graphic designer based in the heart of Europe.

Graduating in 2006 she has evolved into a successful & unique Illustrator & Graphic designer. Working on projects for the likes of Sesame Street (NL), The Amsterdam Fantastic film festival, Teleak/NOT... the list goes on with a clientele offering projects stretching all of Samantha's creative skills.

Not to mention her personal endeavors to become published. Blood, sweat & tears it may cost, but the results are some very special & exclusive illustrated books.

'Monsters in de Keuken' published by Selexyz ('Monsters in the kitchen' as yet only available in Dutch), is a children's cooking book & a perfect example of her capability to create something magical out of a few recipes enticing children into the kitchen.

She has an unusual ability to give her imagination life in more than one technique, allowing her to be flexible in any given project. Not only that her imagination is so rich that something simple in idea can become quite wonderful.

Better described as a multi-disciplinary designer this young illustrator/graphic designer is also capable of working as a conceptual designer & art director.

Her inspiration is taken from life & the world we find ourselves in, or not! Travel & memories of her childhood fantasy also go in to her cooking pot of imagination.
