I live in East TN, and have been very happily married to the perfect lady (SnapHappy77) for 12 years now. I've been into photography for about three years now, and have been learning all I can since I started. I really enjoy photos that project a mood or that bring an emotion or state of mind out of the viewer. I enjoy old and abandoned places and things, landscapes & scenery, portraits, and black and white & sepia photography. I've met a lot of great people already on Flickr and have had a great time here so far learning from and admiring everyone else's work, and sharing my own. Just wanted to thank all of you for your friendship, your comments, and your encouragement on my work. I'm sorry I've not been around much lately - with Flickr acting the way it has been, it was kind of the last nail in the coffin for me, and has made me really just disgusted with the service (really, the lack thereof) that Flickr offers it's customers. I will still be around from time to time to say hi to you guys, and to check out your new work, but I have decided to move over to DeviantART for my new work, and that is where I will spend most of my time going forward.

I am so very proud to say that "Eyes to See" (Phil) is my wonderful husband who I adore! :D Even if he wasn't my husband I would still greatly admire his beautiful photos! ;) He has such a unique and intriguing way of capturing what he sees and I love it! :D He's got a very natural talent and I'm constantly amazed by how impressive his shots are! :) I remember only less than a year ago having to practically BEG him to at least try to take pictures because he seemed to be convinced that he just wouldn't be good at it. Finally he tried and has been taking wonderful shots ever since! :D I truly love his photos and only wish he had more time to take and share more of them. Phil is such a sweet, compassionate, and generous man who I am madly in love with and I have got to say that I sooooo love seeing the world through his very beautiful brown eyes! ;) Keep up the great work sweetie and I'll keep admiring it! :D :*
