Joe Lippeatt is a semi-professional photographer with a passion for capturing the world's beauty through a camera's lens. With years of experience in photography, Joe has honed skills in various genres, including travel, architecture, and street photography. Joe is a life-long Canon shooter, having started with an AE-1 film camera.

Not content with just taking photos, Joe also enjoys sharing knowledge with others. Joe has run HoustonPhotowalks since 2009, having led almost 700 photo events in Houston, taking groups of like-minded individuals on photographic journeys to capture stunning images while sharing tips and techniques for improving their photography skills.

Additionally, Joe teaches photography classes, sharing his knowledge and experience with aspiring photographers. Joe believes everyone can learn to take great photos, regardless of their experience level or equipment. Joe makes classes fun, engaging, and accessible to all.

When not behind the lens, Joe runs a contract IT and Marketing company called 24Moves.com. In his off time, he can be found exploring new locations, reading photography books, or experimenting with new techniques and equipment to continually improve. Joe likes to play with experimental techniques, including new technology like 360 cameras, film, non-traditional lenses, and various post-processing techniques.
