As a tribute to the 100th birthday of her grandfather, Jacques-Yves Cousteau, Alexandra Cousteau and business partner Jonathan Smith teamed up with their international Expedition Blue Planet team and set out on June 30, 2010 on a 138-day expedition across North America to explorer critical water issues in Canada, Mexico and the U.S. This historic tour pairs Alexandra's family legacy of expeditionary filmmaking with social media and live events to engage the public on water crises across North America.
