Unless otherwise noted, all photographic works found in my photostream are my intellectual property. Creative Commons licensing is used on many photos, but not all. Use of any image contrary to the license of that image without my authorization is prohibited. Three exceptions exist:
1. You may hotlink an image and post it on your website or blog under the conditions that the image stays on the Flickr servers (the definition of hotlinking) and that the image, or a reference near the image, links back to my Flickr photostream or the Flickr photo page of the image.
2. You may download an image for limited personal use. For example, to use as your desktop wallpaper.
3. If a photograph contains you as a subject, you are free to download the image and use it in anyway that you like. If a photograph was taken at an event that you are responsible for, you may also download the image and use it in any way that you like.
