I'm an emotional photographer, but it doesn't make me less of one. Every photo has to speak to me for me to keep it. It may be a piece of pleasant memory, a slice of life that I never knew existed, or even a rude awakening to reality seen through others' eyes. They are minute parts of my life, and when I press the shutter, I expect my emotions to be stored together with the graphic information for me to relive that part of my life later on in the future.

Don't get me wrong, technical basics are essential, but I get bored with them. Mostly, my education comes from trial and error.
