I will shoot with any camera that records an image, but my favorites are film cameras. I use mostly 120 and 4x5 and my flickr stream is a mix of those and digital. Some are goofy shots for photo club contests, too. Photographers have to have a sense of humor! I have my own darkroom and love to try alternative ways of making images. Mordançage is one of my favorite processes. I was a forensic chemist for 15 years, so I'm familiar with chemicals and how to use them safely.

I'm a member of the Photographic Society of America (PSA) and currently run the American Portfolios - groups of people who print their photos and send them around within the group for critique, comments, and camaraderie.

I'm also a member of the Westmoreland Photographers Society here in PA.
