Flickr actually made my life much easier. Since I did not know what to do with all the pictures I could not sell on Stock because of lack of image technique quality aspects even they were good regarding the composition, I always put them aside without selecting them for any purpose. On the one hand, Flickr gave me the purpose to select the best shots among the non stock images. On the other hand, I could have uploaded them also to my website, so why Flickr some would say. As Flickr Pro allows me to upload an unlimited amount of pictures, there is no way I could have bought that amount of web space this cheap. Besides, I don't think I could have setup an AJAX based back office cms like Flickr. And as a bonus, it is also social network among photographers, and they comment and view your images, too. Regarding to SEO, it's ranked highly in any search engine.
